Summer Connections
Summer Connections is an introductory work experience for middle schoolers. SC ran virtually in 2020 and included preparation for high school, daily virtual classes, and project-based curricula with a focus on Service Learning and Media and Technology Literacy. With support from Brookline Interactive Group, students created posters using Black Lives Matter principles, crafting their own meaning with both abstract and realistic imagery as they explored techniques for symbolically using art to convey an idea or meaning. Check out their work here!
