It was amazing to see our students and families connecting and celebrating the end of the year together over a family dinner, after which we gathered for a program featuring student performances, awards for exemplary community members, and certificates to honor our graduating 8th-grade and 12th-grade students. Finally, ten of our graduating College Success Initiative students were given their Certificates of Program Completion, honoring the ends of their Steps career as students and marking their induction into the Steps Alumni Association, a life-long community that meets regularly to network and connect to discuss post-grad life.
